She holds an M.A. in Sociology from Magadh University, bringing an academic perspective that supports the institute’s broader educational vision.

Gyanshila IAS has been actively involved in Civil Services preparation since 2016, working towards providing aspirants with quality education, structured guidance, and a focused learning environment.

On 23 February 2023, Gyanshila IAS entered the digital education space, expanding its academic reach through digital platforms and making learning resources more accessible to aspirants beyond the traditional classroom.
